The instrument places the sensor in the concentration tank through the transmission module, and the sensor sinks from the liquid level to the bottom, then retracts back to the instrument position from the bottom, and can be measured in a timed cycle. The measurement module uses ultrasonic detection techniques such as sound speed, sound attenuation, and sound impedance to measure media under different working conditions. By measuring the concentration (density) of the slurry, it distinguishes the clarification zone, transition zone, and settling zone, and analyzes them to determine the height of each layer. The instrument displays and outputs real-time height and concentration (density) signals.

IIpurpose

Mainly used for interface analysis and measurement of concentration (dense) tanks in mineral processing technology. By measuring the height of the clarification zone or transition zone, feedback is given to the automatic dosing system and linked to achieve precise dosing, truly realizing intelligent dosing and preventing turbidity in the clarification layer. By measuring the height of the settling zone (mud surface), it can be used to guide the ore drawing operation and control of the thickener, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the rake, preventing rake accidents, and improving the efficiency of pressure filtration and dewatering.
